J&K government today ordered several restrictions on availing if benefits under Reserved Backward area, Actual line of control and Line of Control category benefits by the individuals.
According to the government oder, a person must establish that he has resided in the area for at least 15 years or is presently residing in that area. Though if the person has migrated due to security reasons from the said area, he shall not be disentitled from availing the benefits under said category.
